Both the front desk as well as the behind the scenes teams of the restaurant try to bring you the greatest value for your money. Ostria's staff is continuously endeavouring to make your stay at the restaurant pleasant and unfergattable.

Off course, the most important parameter of a restaurant is the kitchen, without whom there couldn't be a restaurant. Kira Maria, Eleni and Roky are the main persons that prepare the food for you. Kira Maria has undertaken the preparation of the traditional plates like mousaka, lamb in the oven and stewed beef, to name just a few. Eleni has underatken the more modern plates like chicken with mustard and honey, lamb with beer and honey, pork fillets with brandy and plum sause, etc. Rocky has undertaken the grilled meet and fish.
